Join our IT Service Desk team and play a key role in delivering global end-user support across multiple channels. This role is a great opportunity to grow your IT expertise, strengthen problem-solving skills, and collaborate with international teams in a dynamic environment.In your new role you will:- **Monitor**and **respond**to end-user inquiries through three main channels**:calls, web tickets, and chats**:- **Provide**updates and **information**to **end-users**regarding the status of their incidents- Manage and release **IT information news**to keep users informed- Own and maintain content used in support tools, such as the knowledge **database and self-service portal**:- Contribute to and drive **continuous improvement**initiatives in collaboration with 2nd-level IT teamsPerform additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as assigned by Service Desk management- **Your Profile**You are best equipped for this task if you have:- **A Bachelor’s degree**in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field- Strong proficiency in **English**(mandatory requirement)- Excellent **communication**and interpersonal skills- The ability to **work**independently**with mínimal supervision, combined with a strong willingness to learn- **Team-oriented**skills and a customer-focused mindset- Both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in **IT**:**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
