Lead Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced **Lead Project Coordinator**to join our team and provide essential operational support for large accounts that require additional resources beyond standard internal support functions such as BPS, FP&A, and HR.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient account management processes, maintaining client communications, and adhering to client-specific compliance requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Support Account Management (AM) processes to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and validate financial data to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Assist AM/BU Heads with account management reporting and tracking performance metrics
- Address and resolve deal approval issues by preparing pivot tables, collecting necessary data, and organizing information
- Contribute to business development by supporting proposal creation and maintaining a library of standardized templates aligned with client requirements
- Update and manage account plans with relevant and accurate information
- Facilitate client communications, particularly with Vendor Management Organizations (VMOs)
- Organize and coordinate client governance meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Quarterly Delivery Reviews (QDRs)
- Provide AMs with PowerPoint presentations and slides related to business activities as needed
- Create and update opportunities within the CRM system to maintain accurate records
- Manage deal approvals, update financial forecasts, and oversee internal approval processes
- Draft and submit Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders to ensure timely execution
- Monitor contract expiration dates and coordinate follow-up actions
- Prepare financial reports specific to client needs and track budgets, Purchase Orders (POs), and SOWs
- Assist with client-vendor negotiations by validating data and preparing necessary information
- Validate non-billable hours and monitor the utilization of billable resources
- Manage account expenses, reimbursements, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate client visits and organize team-building events
- Validate Cost-To-Company (CTC) and expense requests to ensure alignment with budget guidelines
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for account staff to ensure compliance with client contractual requirements
- Coordinate client notifications, training, credentials, and logins for client systems
- Support Delivery Managers (DMs) with non-delivery activities, such as ensuring compliance with client training requirements
- Manage subcontractor processes for accounts, ensuring alignment with internal and client-specific protocols
- Ensure EPAM compliance with client-specific contractual and legal requirements
- Collaborate with Risk Managers to ensure adherence to Risk Mitigation Plans for accounts in the High Risk Program
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles
- Minimum of one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage and validate financial data effectively
- Proficiency in project administration and operations, including tracking approvals and managing budgets
- Experience in business development, including proposal creation and maintaining client standards
- Strong communication skills to manage governance meetings and build productive client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools and processes for managing opportunities
- Knowledge of legal and contract management, including drafting and managing SOWs and compliance requirements
- Experience handling travel arrangements and managing account-related expenses
- Ability to oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Strong understanding of compliance and project management practices
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
