Leads customer service projects requiring coordination with other functions

Solves a broad range of customer service-related problems of varying scope and complexity
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in accounting and finance
- Typically 2+ years’ relevant experience dealing with clients
- Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job. ( SAP and other Agilent systems proficiency is a significant plus)
- High level or Fluent English.
