Determines and develops approaches to assignmentsLeads customer service projects requiring coordination with other functionsSolves a broad range of customer service-related problems of varying scope and complexity- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in accounting and finance- Typically 2+ years’ relevant experience dealing with clients- Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
