Posicion: Customer Support Specialist
Ubicacion: Queretaro, Qro

**Actividades, Funciones y Experiência**:

- +3 años en áreas de soporte técnico, preferentemente de sistemas fotovoltaicos
- Rastrear y resolver tickets asociados a fallas de sistemas fotovoltaicos residenciales y comerciales
- Supervisar la elaboración, envío y análisis de reportes de generación de clientes
- Llevar a cabo los mantenimientos preventivos acordados con el cliente
- Manejar la relación del área de soporte técnico de fabricantes y/o 3PLs
- Dar seguimiento a encuestas y sondeos sobre la calidad, expectativas y mejoras de las instalaciones de R&C

**Requerimientos del puesto**:

- Ingeniería en general **(Industrial, civil, eléctrica, mecánica, electrónica, mecatrónica o similar)**o área administrativa financiera con conocimiento técnico de sistemas FV
- Conocimiento técnico de sistemas fotovoltaicos, híbridos y eléctricos, en particular puntos de revisión, fallas y requerimientos de operación y mantenimiento
- Técnicas de análisis de datos y estadística ,

**Salario y Beneficios**:
Salario: $30,000 - $35,000 (Antes de impuestos)
Prestaciones superiores de ley (Vales de despensa, Fondo de ahorro, etc..)
Lunes a Viernes // Esquema Presencial 100%

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes

Tipo de jornada:

- Turno de 8 horas

Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
