**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting calendar (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok)
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries, responding promptly to foster community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support e-commerce initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and photography skills to produce visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in SEO, and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence competitive.
- Develop and maintain a consistent posting calendar (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok)

**Skills**
- Strong background in public relations with the ability to manage brand reputation effectively.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Illustrator) for content creation.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles to enhance content visibility.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing strategies that drive sales through social media channels.
- Exceptional skills in content creation that captivates audiences and encourages interaction.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling and analytics.
- Ability to conduct photography sessions for high-quality visual content.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling through digital mediums.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience managing social media for law firms or professional services
- Strong understanding of corporate brand tone and legal ethics
- Organized, creative, and able to work independently with **mínimal supervision**:

- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and discretion in a legal context

**Compensation**: Monthly flat rate (part-time); to be discussed based on experience
**Schedule**: Flexible, but must meet weekly deadlines and be reachable during mornings (ET)
