Ubicación: Guadalajara, Jalisco. **Requisitos del puesto** - Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional para cubrir la posición de Customer Support Auxiliar Operativo. Esta persona será responsable de brindar atención a nuestros huéspedes o inquilinos según las necesidades de la operación, asegurando una experiência satisfactoria y resolviendo eficientemente cualquier consulta o necesidad que puedan tener. Si eres proactivo, orientado al servicio al cliente y capaz de mantener la calma en situaciones desafiantes, nos encantaría que te unieras a nuestro equipo" **Responsabilidades del puesto** - Dar continuidad a la comunicación directa con nuestros huespedes y atender cualquier tipo tema realcionado con nuestro servicio durante su estancia. - Gestionar plataformas de control de acceso remoto y asegurar la entrada autónoma de nuestros huespedes. - Fungir como concierge digital, integrando las solicitudes y comunicando las necesidades con el equipo operativo. - Asegurar que el proceso de check in-check out se desarrolle de la mejor manera posible y los huespdes se sientan acompañados. **Requisitos** - Requisitos: Lic. en turismo o afines (preferente) - Tener experiência en atención a clientes. (Call Center, Hoteleria, Restaurante o posiciones de servicio y atención) - Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. - Apoyo administrativo con captura datos servicios, requisiciones, etc. Jornada: Horario: Lunes a Viernes 9am a 7pm Sábado remoto de 9 a 1pm Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado Salario: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 al mes Horario: - Incluye días feriados - Incluye fines de semana Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
