R&D Analyst
(This is not a temporary position)
**Main Purpose**
The R&D Analyst is responsible of supporting Innovation, Brand Stewardship, Quality and/or Productivity projects for **local and/or regional **markets in PepsiCo owned plants and/or co-manufacturing facilities, according to AOP/SDD/BS calendar. In partnership with multi-functional teams to comply and succeed with each project’s purpose.

**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- Collaborate in Product Design attributes definition according to consumer needs and business strategy, in compliance with regulations, PepsiCo guidelines and brand Guardrails.
- Perform robust analysis of key new raw materials’ physicochemical attributes to correlate performance in different finished products.
- Document and transfer complete information to OPEX on Specs, BOMs, LIDs and PECs for their documentation in SAP; along with any 3PM documentation required.
- Ensure key new raw materials and legacy materials are documented on time and in compliance to perform plant trials.
- Assist in formulation validation in lab prototypes.
- Support in consumer tests and follow up to shelf life studies in collaboration with R&D sensory.
- Clearly communicate project status and risks with impact to Product Developer, on a regular basis

- Advance English
- Good technical and analytical skills to interpret complex data
- Responsible, Organized, teamwork, and with scientific curiosity
- Proactive, stress and time management
- Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team in a virtual and matrixed organization
