**The Work You’ll Do**:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist II is responsible for managing all aspects of revenue and assisting with our management accounts process. A thorough understanding of an accounts receivable function is essential. Carrying out control account reconciliations to support the balance sheet is also a key part of this role.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Ensure billing is accurate, complete and carried out on a timely basis.
- Management of deferred and unbilled revenue including posting of relevant journals
- Assist in production of monthly P&L’s including creation and posting of relevant journals
- Carry out balance sheet reconciliations
- Regular and ad hoc reporting
- Checking and authorization of new business in our Salesforce system
- Dealing with customer queries
- Credit Control

- Excellent communication and customer service skills in dealing with internal and external customers/vendors
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment
- Minimal travel required to Sovos locations and events
