En DayStore estamos buscando un perfil de Recursos Humanos con experiência en entornos operativos, que asegure la correcta gestión de plantilla y dé seguimiento puntual a procesos administrativos y de reclutamiento.

Ubicación: Cerca del metro Río San Joaquín, Miguel Hidalgo**.**

Horario:

- Lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 18:00 h
- Viernes de 9:00 a 14:00 h

Compensación:

- Sueldo bruto mensual: $16,000
- Bono mensual: $2,000

Prestaciones:

- Prestaciones de ley
- Membresía Total Pass
- 4 días al año por salud mental
- Prestamos via nomina
- Viernes corto

Responsabilidades clave:

- Reclutamiento de posiciones operativas
- Seguimiento a movimientos de personal (altas, bajas)
- Control documental y actualización de plantilla
- Atención a responsables de sucursales y coordinación con áreas internas.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en reclutamiento operativo y administración de personal
- Conocimiento en procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos
- Licenciatura trunca o concluida en Psicología, Administración o carrera afín
- Perfil organizado, con enfoque en seguimiento y cumplimiento operativo
