We partner with top local restaurants and companies to deliver reliable, high-quality meal programs at scale.Backed by General Catalyst (Airbnb, Snapchat) and led by experienced operators from high-growth companies, Club Feast is built for national scale with strong operational discipline and clear ownership.The RoleWe're hiring a Driver Engagement Specialist to recruit, onboard, and support our delivery drivers across U.S. markets.This is a fully remote role working U.S. business hours, sitting at the intersection of recruitment, onboarding, and operations. You'll own the driver pipeline end-to-end and work closely with Operations, City Ops, and Dispatch teams to ensure reliable driver supply and performance.ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard delivery drivers across multiple U.S. marketsManage screening and onboarding workflowsSupport driver engagement, performance, and retentionPartner with Operations and Dispatch to align supply with demandTrack driver metrics and onboarding progressQualificationsExperience in recruiting, operations, logistics, or workforce management (preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentAble to work U.S. business hoursWhy Join Club FeastHigh ownership and direct operational impactClose collaboration with Operations leadershipRemote-first, globally distributed teamClear growth path into senior operations or people roles
