Acting as a true multiplier , this role builds operational capability through people, fosters a strong continuous improvement culture, and ensures performance management and problem-solving are part of everyday operations.Ensure operational stability and consistency across manufacturing operations.Drive daily management routines and performance control.Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.You hold a Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.You bring 10+ years of experience in manufacturing , ideally within an EMS environment .You have a solid understanding of SMT, PCBA, and assembly operations.You operate with a strong P&L and cost-control mindset .You communicate confidently in advanced English; basic German is a plus.We design and manufacture our solutions in our own facilities across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, ensuring quality and innovation at every stage. In addition to our own products, we also offer contract manufacturing services, helping other companies bring their technology to life.
