Company DescriptionProThird specializes in providing fully managed communications data governance for organizations seeking accuracy, visibility, and actionable insights. By integrating fragmented data sources such as AI visibility, media coverage, social data, and internal insights, ProThird offers a reliable, governed, and transparent system owned by the company. This is a remote contract position for an Account Manager. The position requires managing client relationships by understanding their needs, ensuring successful delivery of services, and maintaining satisfaction. Additional duties may involve providing strategic recommendations, reporting on performance metrics, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.Communicate project updates, performance insights, and recommendations clearly and confidentlyConduct client trainings, onboarding sessions, and enablement meetings as neededCoordinate production across integrated marketing specialties (paid media, SEO, content, creative, web, etc.)Partner with strategists and project managers to ensure accurate scoping, prioritization, and resourcingSupport client retention by building trust, clarity, and long-term valueExecution Support (As Needed)Provide light, hands-on execution support to maintain momentum and qualityAssist with copywriting, QA, platform support or content reviews when appropriateStrong account management skills, including relationship-building and understanding client needsExperience with managing and delivering services on time, problem-solving, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in using client data, reporting tools, and performance metrics to drive strategic recommendationsKnowledge in communications, SaaS platforms, or data governance is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple priorities effectively
