We are seeking a business development professional with a portfolio of clients and a strong track record of selling electronic trading platforms and products. Our target clients are professional traders including, retail brokers, hedge funds, professional clients, family offices and corporates. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients, understanding their unique trading needs and offering tailored solutions.Sales & Business Development:~ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Stay up-to-date with global financial markets, macroeconomic trends, central bank policies, and geopolitical events that impact currency markets. Work closely with internal teams such as Trading, Risk, and Research to deliver optimal solutions and address client needs. Market Analysis & Reporting:~ Provide clients with regular updates, trade ideas, and analysis on the market, including technical and fundamental insights. Prepare internal reports on client activity, market conditions and business performance.Compliance & Risk Management:~ Ensure all business development activities are compliant with internal policies, industry regulations, and relevant market rules. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all trade and client interactions meet legal and regulatory standards.5+ years of sales experience in financial markets, or prior sales experience with a keen interest in Financial markets and trading platforms must be evidenced.A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.Strong understanding of the Financial market and trading products.Proficient in using trading platforms, market analysis tools, and CRM systems.Personal Attributes:Full-time, with occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry conferences.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
