Compañía dedicada al diseño, construcción e interiorismo de residencias custom AAA, ubicada en Los Cabos, está en busca del candidato ideal:Responsable dedefinir, implementar, supervisar y evolucionar la estrategia BIMde la compañia, asegurando que todos los proyectos se desarrollen bajo una metodología clara, consistente y alineada a los estándares internos, requerimientos del cliente y mejores prácticas de la industria.Será elrol rector de la metodología BIM, desde etapas tempranas de diseño hasta documentación ejecutiva, coordinación, construcción y postdelivery.RESPONSABILIDADES:Definir, desarrollarymantenerla estrategia BIM corporativa de la empresa.Desarrollar, actualizaryestandarizarmanuales, protocolos, templates, bibliotecas, nomenclaturas y flujos de trabajo BIM.Liderarel Comité BIM ycoordinariniciativas de mejora continua, innovación y estandarización.Evaluar, seleccionaryproponerherramientas tecnológicas BIM (software, plugins, automatizaciones) que optimicen procesos y calidad.Definirlineamientos de uso de plataformas colaborativas ACC y asegurar su correcta adopción.Diseñaryliderarplanes de capacitación BIM para los equipos de arquitectura, interiores, construcción, costos y otros departamentos.Evaluarcompetencias BIM del equipo,detectarbrechas técnicas yproponerplanes de desarrollo.Coordinarysupervisarel trabajo del Coordinador BIM, asegurando la correcta ejecución operativa de la metodología.Participaren el plan estratégico de la empresa, aportando visión digital, metodológica y de innovación.Analizarretrospectivas de proyectos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, calidad y eficiencia.REQUISITOS:
