The role is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, budget development, and forecasting activities, while overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting standards.The Finance Director will play a key role in managingcash flow, supportingcontract-based services operations, and ensuring accurate financial treatment of service revenues and costs in environments where technicians are deployed to resolve customer issues under service contracts. The position also involves identifying cost-optimization opportunities, driving financial performance management, and supporting executive leadership through clear, data-driven financial insights aligned with business strategy.Strong expertise inFinancial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow ManagementSolid knowledge ofUS GAAP, including revenue and cost recognition for services and contract-based operationsExperience indata analysisand development of financial and operational performance metricsProvenleadership, team management, and strategic thinkingcapabilitiesHigh proficiency withfinancial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insightsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
