Are you brave enough to start your next career journey?Bring your unique perspectives and expertise:- The Finance Manager will drive the complete finance agenda of the business unit, having cross functional interaction with many other operational and finance functions. It is an excellent opportunity to learn and deeply experience about Operations as business and strengthen leadership and partnering skills by supporting one of the factories of our manufacturing process.What your day will look like:- Financial partnering Processing Business Unit in AMS Manufacturing.- Handle and partner business case elaboration to support investments in Processing Business Unit for AMS Manufacturing.- Be a proactive financial strategic partner for the leadership team. Challenge with a business attitude while providing insightful financial analysis.- Lead budget/estimates processes helping to align Processing technology to Operations priorities (global and site) and actively participate in AMS consolidation to achieve full target.- Own the financial processes within the BU including month end reporting, budget and estimates elaboration and performance tracking.- Be responsible for the Efficiency Model within the BU and supervise the initiatives to achieve efficiency targets.Are you up for the challenge?- 2-3 years experience in Business Finance or FP&A, (budget, analysis and planning, controlling)- Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing industry is required.- Education: Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.- Skills: SAP is a must, Power BI preferred.- Knowledge: Sophisticated English.Join the global LEGO® teamWhat’s in it for you?
