Associate Account ExecutiveAbout the roleWe are looking for a results-driven Associate Account Executive with a strong hunter mindset and proven experience managing the full sales cycle. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, where prospecting and closing are key to success.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, discovery calls, solution presentations, proposals, and closing.Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities.Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into customers.Execute short sales cycles with a focus on speed and efficiency.Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience.Requirements3–5 years of experience in B2B sales with full-cycle ownership.Strong background in cold calling, outbound prospecting, discovery, and closing.Previous experience in inside sales roles or comparable positions.Ability to perform in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).Strong pipeline generation and deal-closing skills.What we're looking forHigh tenacity and resilience in outbound sales.Comfortable with high-volume activity and rapid sales cycles.Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.Excellent communication, discovery, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.What we offerCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission plan.Benefits above the legal minimum.Clear career growth opportunities within the sales organization.Ongoing sales training and professional development.Dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
