Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Procurement Team LeadYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics Instrumentation TEAM in PAMA Division NA. Main stakeholders are the instrumentation team for Bartlesville, Oklahoma facility , in a remote role located in San Luis Potosi, MX.You will be mainly accountable for:Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.Qualifications for the role You have at least 2 years or professional experience in a related position.You have management experience in SAP and/or Salesforce.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or relatedYou are at ease communicating in English, within advanced communication skillsWe value people from different backgrounds.
