This Position Reports To: Business Manager – Commercial & Operations Your Role: Own the Challenge. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers throughout the proposal process. You will act as a technical resource, preparing product and technology descriptions, estimating costs, and compiling final documentation. Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and solutions in response to inquiries from customers, sales channels, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications. Conduct analytical and diagnostic assessments to identify optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs and address complex inquiries. Support the development and maintenance of new sales opportunities, resolve specific customer issues, and contribute to achieving targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Ensure budget goals are met, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and markets. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation or robotics. Experience in customer service. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Willingness to travel. Prior experience preparing quotations, particularly in automation or robotics. Knowledge of packaging and palletizing is a plus. Familiarity with mechanical design or robot simulation is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
