Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Executive Admin & Communications Specialist located in Guadalajara, North Campus .

Reporting to the General Manager, Executive Admin & Communications Specialist role involves serving as a liaison to the board of directors and leadership team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

What a typical day looks like:

Communications and marketing specialist assigned or hired to Mechanicals due to the continuous and constant evolution of processes, automation, campaigns for culture, inclusivity and diversity, ensuring continuous compliance to Flex standards and communication adherence. Plan and develop marketing campaigns that effectively promote our mechanicals continued journey and the development of the site facilities, employee amenities, end to end processes and continuous improvement installations for major installations on our Automation machinery. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts where applicable, ensuring that both internal communications are controlled, effective, frequent and when required creation of customer versions of promotional development of our mechanicals.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience. Fluent English. Previous experience as executive assistant. Requires diversified and comprehensive administrative experience, skill and knowledge of Flex’s policies and procedures. Demonstrates basic functional, professional skill and people and/or process and procedures skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
