The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying clients to the clinic for all visits (recording to the clinic for tests, communication with doctors)
  • Organisation of transfer for arrival, hotel booking
  • Full support of clients during the last visit, including the maternity hospital, communication with a lawyer, organisation of transfer, recommendations for housing, rental housing for the couple, if provided for by the contract
  • Quick reaction to messages and any force majeure situations
  • Financial statements
  • Prompt transfer of information to maintenance managers


Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
