Descripción de la vacante
  • Ser un socio estratégico para los líderes del negocio, comprendiendo sus objetivos y retos, brindando soluciones que apoyen y fomenten el cumplimiento de las metas de la Compañía.
  • Actuar como puente entre el negocio y el área de P&C, fomentando la cultura corporativa y alineando al equipo hacia objetivos comunes.
  • Liderar a un equipo de HRBPs fomentando su desarrollo, habilidades y potencial, en un ambiente que permita apoyar su éxito facilitando la cercanía con el negocio y contribución a los objetivos y metas organizacionales.
  • Trabajar de la mano con los Centers of Expertise colaborando en la propuesta, comunicación e implementación de estrategias de detección y desarrollo de talento, manejo de desempeño, planes de sucesión, engagement, bienestar, reconocimiento, etc., con el fin de lograr eficiencias organizacionales fomentando una cultura de trabajo positiva.
  • Proveer insights y recomendaciones al negocio basadas en métricas, patrones y análisis de información que faciliten la toma de decisiones.
  • Liderar y consolidar la estrategia de compensaciones y beneficios para los distintos territorios de Latinoamérica, asegurando que ésta sea equitativa, competitiva y alineada con las estrategias de la Compañía.

Perfil del candidato
  • Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología Industrial o afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo de recursos humanos como HRBP gestionando equipos.
  • Conocimiento profundo de procesos y políticas de recursos humanos, con resultados exitosos en su implementación.
  • Conocimiento y gestión del área de compensación y beneficios.
  • Pensamiento estratégico, cercanía y credibilidad del negocio.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones interpersonales tanto en inglés como en español.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera proactiva en entornos cambiantes y bajo presión.
  • Sentir verdadera pasión por ser un business partner, acompañando, asesorando y agregando valor al negocio y su gente.
