En D. Catcher venimos apoyando a una empresa emergente de energías renovables en la búsqueda de un Controller.
Objetivos clave:
- Asegurar que la contabilidad se realice de manera oportuna y precisa.
- Proteger los activos financieros de la empresa cumpliendo con las políticas financieras del grupo.
- Garantizar que los informes financieros se proporcionen de manera oportuna y precisa.
- Proporcionar análisis financieros para cumplir con los requisitos internos y externos.
- Liderar, desarrollar y motivar a un equipo profesional en el Departamento de Finanzas para brindar un servicio de alta calidad tanto a usuarios internos como externos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos normativos financieros.
Responsabilidades principales y deberes:
- Contabilidad Financiera: realizar funciones diarias de contabilidad, procesar todas las transacciones contables en el sistema contable, preparar pagos bancarios, realizar todas las conciliaciones, incluidas las conciliaciones bancarias mensuales, procesar órdenes de compra para gastos de oficina y enviarlas a los aprobadores correspondientes.
- Cuentas de gestión mensual: elaborar cuentas de gestión mensual dentro de los 15 días hábiles posteriores al cierre del mes, incluyendo análisis de variaciones, análisis de KPI y recomendaciones para mejorar el desempeño financiero; garantizar la precisión e integridad de las cuentas de gestión mensual; analizar y cuantificar los riesgos clave y los juicios utilizados en las cifras financieras reportadas.
- Proveedores: supervisar el procesamiento de facturas de proveedores para asegurar que las obligaciones de los proveedores se capturen de manera oportuna y precisa, permitiendo pagos oportunos.
- Facturación a Clientes: supervisar la facturación a clientes para garantizar que se realice de manera oportuna y precisa, y que todos los importes facturables se capturen completamente; brindar apoyo a otros departamentos para maximizar los importes facturados a los clientes y cobrar los pagos de manera eficiente.
- Información Financiera y Apoyo: proporcionar información financiera para apoyar las actividades comerciales dentro de la empresa y otros departamentos según sea necesario; proporcionar previsiones de flujo de caja.
- Impuestos: garantizar el cumplimiento con las autoridades nacionales y extranjeras para las deducciones y pagos legales, gestionar informes y auditorías fiscales.
- Informes Estatutarios: asegurar el cumplimiento con los informes financieros estatutarios.
- Auditoría Externa Anual: planificar y gestionar la auditoría externa anual de cuentas para producir los estados financieros preliminares dentro de las 10 semanas posteriores al cierre del año.
- Apoyo al Personal: asegurar que el personal esté adecuadamente capacitado y supervisado para cumplir con los requisitos de sus puestos; evaluar el desempeño regularmente para identificar deficiencias, mejorar el rendimiento y desarrollar al personal; completar las revisiones de desempeño anuales para el personal; asegurar que el departamento esté adecuadamente dotado de personal; liderar, motivar y proporcionar dirección al personal.
- Informes: informes de cuentas de gestión mensual, informes semanales de flujo de caja, previsiones y presupuestos.
- Interfaces internas clave: auditores externos y asesores profesionales, organismos estatutarios, proveedores, bancos.
Requisitos:
- + 10 años de experiencia, + 2 como controlador financiero.
- Sólida experiencia en contabilidad e impuestos.
- Conocimiento en manejo de software ERP/Sistemas Contables.
- Excelentes habilidades informáticas, incluyendo aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
- Capacidad para procesar datos financieros complejos y comunicarlos de manera clara y concisa a personal no financiero.
- Nivel avanzado o fluido de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
