We are looking for an experienced candidate, well versed in the delivery of Support and Consulting Services by global high-tech vendors by channel partners. As Gigamon’s Head of Partner Success you will foster and manage relationships with Global Services’ Channel Partners, enabling them to deliver the highest quality post-sales Support and Services experience to our mutual customers. Gigamon’s Partner Success Program provides the framework to: assess prospective partners, seeking to join the program; onboard new partners that meet program membership requirements; review the performance of program members on an ongoing basis, ensuring that exceptional standards of service and support are delivered to the end customer. What you’ll do Lead and evolve a world class Partner Success organization, which includes onboarding new team members and continually focusing on developing the team to achieve outstanding results.  Build out a system-based approach to measuring value, creating the cadence for review within the team, and ensuring a culture of success is fostered throughout Gigamon.  Collaborate cross functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams.  What you’ve done 5+ years’ relevant experience in leading customer and/or partner facing organizations. Demonstrated leadership through creating high performing teams built on foundations of trust, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.  Embody strong account management skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support.  Able to work with all levels of individuals all the way up to C-level suite.  Experience of:  a two-tiered Vendor/Partner support and services model and clear understanding of that services relationship.  working with SaaS/Cloud companies. .  Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.  A data driven, analytical and process-oriented mindset.  Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English is essential, additional languages will be of benefit.  Relevant Bachelor’s degree or level of experience  Who you are: Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.  Ability to manage and influence positively through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
