Onfly es una startup en pleno crecimiento dedicada a la gestión de viajes corporativos. Su objetivo es democratizar el acceso a herramientas que simplifican la organización de viajes, ofreciendo soluciones completas de control, reembolsos y descuentos en pasajes, hoteles y alquiler de autos.
Para apoyar su expansión en el mercado mexicano, Onfly está en busca de un Head of Sales que liderará el equipo de ventas, supervisando estrategias y objetivos para maximizar el crecimiento de la empresa.
Responsabilidades:Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas B2B alineadas con los objetivos comerciales de Onfly en el mercado mexicano.
Liderar y gestionar los equipos de BDRs (Business Development Representatives) y Closers, garantizando que las metas de ventas sean cumplidas.
Supervisar el proceso de prospección y calificación de leads, asegurando un flujo constante de oportunidades de negocio.
Establecer objetivos y KPIs para el equipo de ventas, monitorear su desempeño y proporcionar retroalimentación regular.
Implementar programas de capacitación y desarrollo para mejorar las habilidades del equipo.
Colaborar con otros departamentos, como marketing, sourcing y operaciones, para alinear estrategias de adquisición y retención de clientes.
Analizar datos de ventas y tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.
Negociar contratos y acuerdos con clientes clave, asegurando condiciones favorables para Onfly.
Mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes y desarrollar nuevas relaciones comerciales.
Residir en la Ciudad de México o en la región metropolitana.
Al menos 5 años de experiencia en roles de liderazgo en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en startups.
Experiencia previa en la creación y gestión de equipos de ventas desde cero, incluyendo la definición de procesos y metas.
Fuerte habilidad de negociación y capacidad para superar objeciones y fidelizar clientes.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Orientación a resultados, con un historial comprobado de alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas.
Experiencia sólida en el mercado B2B y en la industria de viajes corporativos o SaaS.
Español fluido y dominio avanzado de inglés.
Formación académica en Administración, Marketing o áreas relacionadas.
Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas de análisis de datos, como Excel y Power BI.
Experiencia previa en ventas consultivas y manejo de plataformas CRM, como HubSpot.
Experiencia en startups, con habilidades para manejar entornos dinámicos y en constante cambio.
