¿Qué harás?


El Key Account Manager se encarga de promover, posicionar y colocar los servicios de seguridad electrónica y sensores a disposición en el catálogo de la empresa. Se encarga de prospectar nuevos clientes y crear nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante el conocimiento y alcance del portafolio de productos. Busca satisfacer las necesidades del cliente mediante el liderazgo, la atención oportuna y la colocación de nuevos productos y soluciones. 

¿Cómo lo harás?

Desarrollaras los procesos de ventas con cuentas asignadas y prospecto a desarrollar. Trabajarás constantemente en equipo con los diferentes departamentos de la empresa, buscando la ejecución y entrega de proyectos en tiempo. Desarrollaras ventas consultivas, adecuándote a las necesidades del cliente. Prospectarás clientes desde cero, buscando crecer el mercado de Johnson Controls. Buscarás generar nuevas oportunidades de venta de Servicios de Seguridad Electrónica a través del catálogo de la empresa (Protección de Activos AM/ RF, Analitica de Video, Sistemas de monitoreo de temperatura, RFID, Smart Sensors). Te apoyaras en tu plataforma CRM Salesforce para reportar tus procesos de prospección y venta, buscando claridad para todos los involucrados. Buscarás introducir nuevos productos con tus clientes.

¿Qué buscamos?

Licenciatura en Marketing, Finanzas, Negocios, Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afines Manejo de Office medio-avanzado comprobable. Habilidades de negociación y empuje para obtener resultados. Experiencia previa en Ventas de Retail y como Key Account Manager Claridad en conceptos de Omnicanalidad, E-commerce, Inventarios, merma, como detectarla y mitigarla. Inglés intermedio – avanzado (capaz de realizar una conversación) Conocimiento de Salesforce

Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de seguridad electrónica
