Under minimum supervision, the Product Marketing Engineer will create corporate programs to identify partners who can be a liaison with the end users where MEAU can extend products and solutions according to the target vertical market. Develop at a Corporate Level program where System Integrators, Machine Builders, Panel Builders and OEM, can reach a strategical level for MEAU, their customers and the market.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Activity & Essential Function Identification
Develop tools / programs by adapting the Diamond Partners network to contribute to the creation, maintain, and enhance a network of factory automation solution partners. Learn, support and promote Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation products, solutions, and services offered. Lead the onboarding process to allow for new solution providers to enter MEAU Diamond Partner network. Be a highly effective ambassador of Mitsubishi Electric Automation to the industrial automation community and be able to clearly articulate our various solutions lines within Latin America. Identify the capabilities and traits desired in top providers as we invite partners to compete for our business by adding value to the developer community. Identify and engage with factory automation solution providers. Responsible for ensuring the counterparties are successfully onboarded and facilitating participations in our processes. Mange the ongoing relationships with MEAU partners. Work closely with Line of Business team, to identify potential solutions to deliver to the market based on target applications. Contributes to identifying new potential applications. Work closely with Business Development and Regional sales teams during and after the spec in process, to link Solution Partners according to their experience and capabilities to enhance business opportunities to generate additional revenue. Engage with solution partners to understand their capabilities and promote interest in participating in MEAU RFP, RFQ processes. Track solutions partners’ performance, organizational changes, solution development updates and provide updates on market trends, new product launch, new market entry, impactful regulation or market incentive programs. Work closely with Line of Business team and regional sales to determine pricing strategies and introduce Solution Partners to MEAU Diamond Distributors. Provide commercial - technical presentations to: System Integrators, Panel Builders, Machine Builders OEMs. Other task as required.Supervisory / Management Responsibilities

50-60% travel based on customer demand, primarily within Latin America region.Essential Education, Skills and Experience
BS Degree in Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation and Control Engineering/ equivalent. 3 to 5 years of hands-on product management. Product knowledge/application experience in PLC, HMI, VFD, Robot, Servo (Programming software and languages) Proven track record of launching products and solutions. Applied experience with product management skills – pricing, market and competitive analysis, strategic planning Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills, travel in territory Strong leadership, project planning and execution skills Solid written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, bi-lingual in English & Spanish required. Computer proficiency – knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Salesforce experience desired; SEET or equivalent related experience. 5+ years of experience in field service for industrial automation.Beneficial Education, Skills and Experience
Sales or Marketing experience with some or all of the following applications is a plus, Strategic thinking, Good communicator, Business innovation driven, Creative and problem solving, Analytic.-
