Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus .
Reporting to the Program Manager, Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
What a typical day looks like:
Administrative support and right hand of the Program Management Manager for various customers. Keep records, logs and information updated. Analyze data to help take critical decisions. Develop and maintain business relationship with customers. Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments. Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others. May assist in metric development and tracking for the program. Direct contact with the customer.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience. Fluent English both oral and written. Experience with personnel management. Advanced Excel. ERP (Cisco). Knowledge in shipping and logistics. Knowledge in SMT and Backend and DF processes.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
