Property Administration Manager

Empresa mexicana dedicada a la renta de inmuebles y hospedaje se encuentra en búsqueda de un perfil como Property Administration Manager
Escolaridad: Licenciatura turismo, hotelería, administración de empresas turísticas y hoteleras o similar.
Indispensable contar con 3 años como mínimo de experiencia en el puesto para administrar las propiedades asignadas asegurando la calidad en el servicio, el trato personalizado y hospitalario al huésped, así como un manejo eficiente de plataformas digitales.
Las principales responsabilidades son:
- Gestión de reservas recibidas en las propiedades a su cargo a través de las plataformas correspondientes.
- Recibir a todos los huéspedes en procesos de Check-In, priorizando la coordinación y comunicación directa.
- Realizar los procedimientos de Check-out definidos
- Movilizar blancos y amenidades de acuerdo a las necesidades de las propiedades.
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento al mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de las propiedades hasta su solución.
- Asegurar que las propiedades cumplan con las medidas de seguridad y protección civil necesarias para la seguridad del equipo de trabajo y huéspedes.
- Notificar cualquier emergencia o conflicto que pueda surgir con los huéspedes o propietarios.
- Proponer soluciones a peticiones y requerimientos especiales que puedan presentar los huéspedes.
- Recopilar información sobre la satisfacción del huésped durante su estadía.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizados los anuncios publicitarios de las propiedades, resaltando sus cualidades y beneficios, alentando su ocupación y nivel de calidad en plataformas.
- Asegurar que la propiedad cuente con los estándares de bienvenida definidos hacia los huéspedes.
- Mantener la limpieza en espacios de almacenaje y bodegas de las propiedades.
- Solicitar, recibir e inventariar los insumos necesarios para la operatividad de los departamentos.
- Conocer la zona de trabajo y sus alrededores con el objetivo de brindar información al huésped sobre las actividades a su alcance.
- Monitoreo y coordinación de los pagos de servicios relacionados con las propiedades asignadas.
- Supervisar la presentación personal del equipo de trabajo a su cargo.
- Administrar las plataformas digitales de reservas que le sean asignadas por el City Manager.
La posición se requiere de manera presencial en Playa del Carmen y Tulum
