Join our team as a Manager of Account Executives Team (Ground Freight)


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives focused on ground freight services.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the team to enhance their sales skills and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives in the ground freight sector.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set realistic sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Account Executives to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.


Working conditions:


  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:50 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or a related field (Master's degree in the area is a plus).
  • Work experience: From 3-5 years working as an Account Executive Manager or positions with similar activities in the logistics field.  
  • Proven experience in sales leadership,in the ground freight or logistics industry. 
  • Strong understanding of ground freight operations, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Advanced conversational and written English (a must).
