Training and Talent Development Coordinator
Proman | GPO, is a Mexican subsidiary of the Swiss-German Holding Proman, a world leader in the production of methanol and ammonia, is looking for a Training and Talent Development Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the area. This position is fundamental to the growth and development of our human talent, contributing to the success and evolution of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and manage classroom and distance training programs for all company personnel.
Develop organizational development plans that enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
Coordinate and supervise training activities,
Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs implemented and propose improvements.
Collaborate closely with the organization's leaders to identify training and talent development needs.
Maintain updated training records and manage the budget allocated for this area.
Provide support in the implementation of policies and procedures related to training and talent development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy or related careers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies.
Solid knowledge in the design and execution of training and organizational development programs.
Advanced command of English (level test will be conducted).
Effective communication skills, teamwork, leadership and empathy.
Results orientation, analytical skills and proactivity.

Coordinador de Capacitación y Desarrollo del Talento
Proman | GPO, Es una empresa mexicana subsidiaria de la Holding Suizo - Alemana Proman, líder a nivel mundial en la producción de metanol y amoniaco busca incorporar a su equipo un Coordinador de Capacitación y Desarrollo del Talento con un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en el área. Esta posición es fundamental para el crecimiento y desarrollo de nuestro talento humano, contribuyendo al éxito y la evolución de la organización.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
Diseñar y gestionar programas de capacitación presencial y a distancia para todo el personal de la empresa.
Elaborar planes de desarrollo organizacional que potencien las habilidades y competencias de los colaboradores.
Coordinar y supervisar actividades de formación y capacitación,
Evaluar constantemente la efectividad de los programas de capacitación implementados y proponer mejoras.
Colaborar estrechamente con los líderes de la organización para identificar necesidades de formación y desarrollo del talento.
Mantener actualizados los registros de capacitación y gestionar el presupuesto asignado para esta área.
Brindar apoyo en la implementación de políticas y procedimientos relacionados con la capacitación y el desarrollo del talento.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas, Pedagogía o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles similares, preferiblemente en empresas multinacionales.
Conocimientos sólidos en el diseño y ejecución de programas de capacitación y desarrollo organizacional.
Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés (se realizará prueba de nivel).
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, liderazgo y empatía.
Orientación a resultados, capacidad analítica y proactividad.
