EVO Payments in Mexico collaborates with Citibanamex and Banco Sabadell to provide merchant acquiring services for their customers. 

About the role:

Lead Sales Executives under his responsibility to meet the annual goals of new MID, volume and EBIT of his region, ensuring 100% of the profitability of the portfolio. Make sure the sales team is focused only on selling. Therefore, this position must have key performance and a relationship with other areas of the company and with other partners to have the necessary focus on the sale. This includes knowing the banking structure, knowing the internal executives, to guarantee a correct service for our partners and merchants. EVO positioning with Citibanamex and other sales partners (brands, ISVs, etc.) Key account manager with supreme customer service and experience acquisition focus.

Design and execute detailed strategic campaigns, develop sales techniques with other areas to have the right tools for the sales team.

Be a part of a team where you will:

In teamwork with product managers, the marketing and finance areas design appropriate sales campaigns to incorporate merchants into the Evo portfolio based on the definitions of regional market, volume, commercial activity, segments, drivers of profitability and special commercial conditions.

Excellent execution of sales campaigns / blitzes / special sales strategies, to ensure target market coverage, facilitating and deeply controlling your regional sales team using specialized tracking, workflow and MIS tools.

Develop field sales strategies and techniques for placement in coordination with the local Bank Commercial segment.

Run a weekly follow-up of Citibanamex and the regional sales managers of other partners and the performance of their sales team.

Guarantee all the necessary tools for the sales force (onboarding documents, web presentations, training materials, etc.)

Quarterly review of individual performance with each sales executive establishing a written plan based on their results. Experience required

About you: 

9 years in a fee and commission driven sales environment - financial, technology and payments industry is a plus

CRM and/or ERP management is an advantage

Notable skills for customer service contacts of the Bank and other partners at all levels of the chain of command.

Sufficient time and experience in handling disputes to meet the needs of merchants and refer other areas for resolution.

It is necessary to develop and implement training for executives and partners. minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree completed

Upper intermediate English skills

Microsoft Office > Availability to travel Skills and competencies

Energetic and alleys with an upbeat mood > Hi level of orientation to achieve challenging goals

Strong people skills

Resistant

Motivational leads (walk the conversation)

Very analytical.
