To furtherimprove our value proposition, we are looking for a Financial Analyst for ourGlobal Business Services (GBS) Mexico FIN Team.
The Financial Analystis a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate Financial analytical and modellingskills while working closely with the GBS Controllers, Business Line, ServiceLine Heads. The position is demanding, fast paced and interacts with all levelsof Management.
You will beresponsible for providing accounting / controlling support to the Business Lineand Service Lines to achieve the targeted financial goals. This position willalso be expected to support continuous process improvements specific toP&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Budgeting, Forecasting andAnalytics.This will require effectivecollaboration with other team members and partners within the Business Line andService Lines and strict adherence to deadlines / deliverables, while balancingthe need for accuracy and efficiency throughout all aspects of the work.
What are your responsibilities?
As a FinancialAnalyst, while taking accountability you will support the Controllers with thefollowing:
Responsiblefor the end-to-end financial management of the assigned GBS Business Line /Service Line. Responsibilities include but not limited to, review of P&L,BS, FCF, PO & Contract management, sales order setup and period endclosing. Responsiblefor monthly tracking of billings, error resolution and reconciliations Responsiblefor controlling tasks including performing bottom-up annual budgeting, monthly forecasting,and monitoring of year-to-date actuals. Developsvarious financial reports, compiles and reviews financial forecasts and budgets. Collaboratewith COE team general billing support activities Preparejournal entries. Supportoperational improvements and productivity projects.In this position you will be accountable for and measured in terms of:
Financialstatement completeness, accuracy, and disclosure Qualityand timeliness of analytics and performance of periodic financial reviews Customerorientation and responsiveness in a matrix environment Reportingand forecasting process enhancementRequired Knowledge / Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’sin finance, Accounting or related degree with minimum of 3+ years’ experiencein Finance / Controlling / Accounting. Highenergy level with hands-on approach to support a fast paced, dynamic environment. Attentionto detail, organized and desire for continuous improvement and invocation. Strongcommunication skills. Strongsystems aptitude and proficiency, including expert Excel and strong proficiencywith Power Point Moderateto high level in English language Experiencewith SAP or an equivalent ERP system is preferred. Wellorganized with experience handling multiple high priority tasks that haveoverlapping deliverables and execution of tasks with short notice.
