Job Description
Contracts and Negotiations Manager
5 years of experience in contract review Advanced Legal English Lead the negotiation and draft of sales agreements, nondisclosure agreements, master purchase agreements, and master services agreements. Review and seek out contractual risks, and guide others within the organization on ways to mitigate those risks. Interact with people from business units, legal counsel, and other functions to obtain approval for non-standard contractual positions. Serve as a trusted advisor to the company on contractual rights and remedies. Develop and carry out training plans on company contracting processes. Network globally with key contacts outside one’s own area of expertise. Grow personally and professionally through continuous learning and development of skills. Make an impact on departmental process improvements and project activities. Participate in global calls and meetings via phone, Teams, or occasionally travel in-person.
