Como Area Manager, serás responsable de coordinar y motivar al equipo de ventas del distribuidor y del importador para alcanzar los objetivos, supervisar las actividades comerciales y de marketing en la zona asignada, asistir a ferias, eventos y reuniones comerciales; y elaborar y gestionar el presupuesto del área, así como el presupuesto asignado de los planes promocionales.

Zona de actuación: México.

Residencia: Ciudad de México

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar e implementar las estrategias de ventas de Osborne, en coordinación con los importadores y el Area Director Américas.
  • Coordinación de todos los asuntos relacionados con Marketing y Ventas entre el equipo de Marketing del Importador y el de Osborne Madrid.
  • Análisis (Nielsen, IRI, Drotax,…) de los volúmenes de ventas, marketing y actividades de las cuentas clave.
  • Plena responsabilidad en la gestión y desarrollo del negocio de los importadores, así como en la adquisición de otros cuando sea necesario.
  • Adquisición de importantes cadenas minoristas como clientes para el negocio de vinos de Osborne.
  • Gestionar el calendario de Brand Ambassadors / Activation Managers.
  • Acompañar y apoyar a los representantes de ventas de los Importadores en Retail y Bar OnTrade
  • Representar a Osborne en las ferias de los clientes.
  • Formación periódica en producto a los equipos de ventas de Importadores, clientes Retail / OnTrade

Conocimientos:

  • Formación: Titulación Universitaria (valorable MBA)
  • Idiomas: Nivel Fluido de Inglés.
  • Otros:
    • Posicionamiento de marca, gestión 360 de promociones.
    • Administración comercial / Gestión presupuestaria.
    • Ofimática (Microsoft Office, SAP)

  • Experiencia: 5 años de experiencia comercial en Gran Consumo.
  • Sector: Bebidas.
  • Habilidades:
    • Elevadas dotes comerciales.
    • Experiencia en el sector distribución en gran consumo.
    • Capacidad de entendimiento con los distribuidores y su fuerza de ventas.
    • Capacidad de gestionar muchos proyectos simultáneamente.
