BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A VAPOUR DEPLOYMENT GLOBAL GRADUATE

SENIORITY LEVEL:  Global Graduate.

FUNCTION:  Marketing.

LOCATION:  Monterrey.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the Marketing department.

Reports to:  Vapour Deployment Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Ultimately, it will set you up for a successful career ahead - the chance to progress in your career according to your preferences and results. Ensure compliance of the sales KPIs and product impact. Support the strategic plans of the brand. Support of brand activities to satisfy the needs of the market consumer. Work with Trade Marketing, Activation in preparation of participation programs. Ensure the effectiveness of the activities of the cycle plan.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

A fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing etc. (cumulated less than 3 years of experience since graduation year). Ideal previous experience in FMCG. Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities. Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills. Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently. Strong analytical skills with drive and ambition. Internationally and nationally mobile. Speak English fluently.
