MisiónResponsibilities:
Recruitment
● Publicación de ofertas y criba curricular.
● Apoyo en la búsqueda directa de los candidatos.
● Screening y primera aproximación con el candidato. Creación del informe preliminar.
● Gestión de las plataformas de selección así como las tareas administrativas relacionadas con el puesto.
● Participación en proyectos específicos de mejora de procesos de RRHH y proyectos de departamento.
Estudiante 7 u 8 semestre área de negocios, psicología, sociología, periodismo, criminalística, entre otro afín. Con interés en crecer en el área de Atracción de Talento para empresa en Energias Renovables.
Buen nivel de inglés y español.
