Requirements

What you will do:

Business Development:

  • Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in Latam.
  • Work closely with the Business Manager
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  •   Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB).
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.

Client Retention:

  • Develop and execute retention strategies for existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
  •   Establish long-term relationships with customers
  •   Comply with all company policies and procedures in accordance with the compliance department

Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the Latam market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Work directly with the marketing and customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Sales Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs as needed.
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts
  • Team-oriented, able to produce reports for greater clarification of the business
  • Ensure that the whole sales team are fulfilling the KPIs and motivate them
  • Doing calls, bring business and keep in touch with clients to help to grow up the business

Financial Management:

  • Assume responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of Latam region.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure budget adherence and financial objectives are met.
  • Be clear about the requirements of the regulation to ensure proper compliance in accordance with the established requirements of Fair Customer Treatment

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry.
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership experience and High level of knowledge of managing teams
  • Candidates must have a existing client & IB list.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets in Forex, CFDs on commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies, etc.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the use of some CRM and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • High level of spoken and written Spanish (Native) and English at minimum B2 level for reading writing and speaking
  • Proactive, with ambition to exceed the established objectives and motivate the team
  • Able to analyse and identify the investment opportunities and needs of the market

Desarrollo de Negocios:

  • Liderar la expansión de nuestra plataforma de trading en Latam.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Gerente de Negocios
  • Comunicar de manera efectiva la propuesta de valor a través de propuestas y presentaciones
  • Identificar y cultivar relaciones con clientes de alto valor y Introducing Brokers (IB).
  • Implementar iniciativas estratégicas para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio y la participación en el mercado.

Retención de clientes:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de retención para los clientes existentes.
  • Garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente a través de un compromiso y soporte proactivos.
  • Establecer relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes
  • Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos

Estrategias de marketing:

  • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing efectivas y adaptadas al mercado latinoamericano.
  • Analizar las tendencias del mercado y las actividades de la competencia para identificar oportunidades.
  • Trabajar directamente con el departamento de marketing y atención al cliente

Gestión del equipo de ventas:

  • Liderar y administrar el equipo de ventas, brindando orientación y apoyo para lograr los objetivos de rendimiento.
  • Realizar revisiones periódicas de desempeño e implementar programas de capacitación según sea necesario.
  • Poseer y alcanzar/superar los objetivos de ventas anuales dentro de los territorios y cuentas asignados
  • Orientado al trabajo en equipo, capaz de producir informes para una mayor clarificación del negocio
  • Asegurar que todo el equipo de ventas esté cumpliendo con los KPIs y motivarlos
  • Hacer llamadas, hacer negocios y mantenerse en contacto con los clientes para ayudar a hacer crecer el negocio

Gestión financiera:

  • Asumir la responsabilidad de la Cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias (P&L) de la región Latam.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de finanzas para garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto y los objetivos financieros.
  • Tener claros los requisitos de la normativa para garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos de Trato Justo al Cliente

A quién buscamos:

  • Licenciatura en Negocios, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria de Forex y CFDs.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia comprobada en liderazgo y alto nivel de conocimiento de la gestión de equipos
  • Los candidatos deben tener una lista de clientes y de IB existente.
  • Profundo conocimiento de los mercados financieros en Forex, CFDs sobre materias primas, índices, acciones, criptomonedas, etcétera.
  • Sólida comprensión de las plataformas comerciales y las regulaciones de la industria.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e interpersonales.
  • Sólidos conocimientos del uso de algunos CRM y Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Outlook)
  • Se valorará el alto nivel de conocimiento hablado y escrito del español (nativo) de otro idioma
  • Capaz de entender y comunicarse en inglés al menos a un nivel básico
  • Proactivo, con ambición de superar los objetivos establecidos y motivar al equipo
  • Capaz de analizar e identificar las oportunidades y necesidades de inversión del mercado
