Business Growth Manager

La Business Growth Manager será responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial en México, impulsando las ventas, alianzas y desarrollo de negocios. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con la Country Manager y los equipos internos para aumentar la participación de mercado y optimizar los ingresos, mientras construye relaciones estratégicas con socios comerciales.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para aumentar ventas y base de clientes.
- Colaborar con marketing para mejorar la adquisición y retención de clientes.
- Monitorear datos de ventas para ajustar estrategias y alcanzar los KPIs comerciales.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y construir alianzas clave.
- Gestionar un equipo de ventas y colaborar con otros equipos para alinear los objetivos.
Requirements
- 3+ años de experiencia en roles comerciales, de ventas o desarrollo de negocios.
- Experiencia en ecommerce, moda o retail, con un historial de cumplimiento de metas.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, análisis de datos y trabajo en equipo.
