Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Review and analyze job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct zoom and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and onboard new hires
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking and attending industry events
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and report on recruitment metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
