Reservations Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive

What you will be doing:

Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, engaging service, with excellent record tracking and tide follow up to all guests requests Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Customer-service experience Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Speak with others using clear and professional language Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills 18 months+ commitment to role
