Misión de la posición:

Asegurar el logro del presupuesto de ventas de la tienda. Dirigir y apoyar todas las actividades para lograr los objetivos comerciales de la tienda, proporcionando una excelente experiencia al cliente. Realizar con alta integridad el cumplimiento de las actividades de la empresa con los departamentos corporativos. Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente, apoyar al personal de ventas para impulsar las ventas, maximizar la productividad y la rentabilidad y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de la empresa dentro la tienda. Ser un modelo a seguir que garantice el mayor nivel de servicio al cliente Representar a la marca como embajador mediante la promoción de sus valores y ambiciones dentro del mercado

Responsabilidades principales: 

Garantizar la rentabilidad de la tienda. Impulsar y maximizar el rendimiento de la tienda, para lograr alcanzar de una manera consistente los presupuestos de ventas. Preparar y analizar el rendimiento mensual de la tienda, informando las tendencias actuales del negocio para cubrir todos los aspectos del negocio, así como el rendimiento de la competencia, para asegurar un aumento del mismo. Analizar los KPI de la tienda e identificar estrategias para garantizar que se cumplan los estándares de rendimiento. Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción para mejorar las ventas para cada categoría de producto y segmento de cliente. Lograr el objetivo mensual mediante la aplicación de estrategias para retener a los mejores clientes y también desarrollar nuevos clientes con alto potencial Manejar y apoyar el stock a través de la comunicación directa con los departamentos comerciales, para maximizar la venta, y alinearse con los lanzamientos de los nuevos productos. Organizar y llevar a cabo sesiones mensuales de entrenamiento con el personal de ventas para revisar el desempeño y proporcionar comentarios constructivos. Identificar y crear planes de acción, construir planes de desarrollo para todos los empleados. Facilitar la colaboración entre la tienda y los departamentos corporativos para cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa. Motivar al equipo de la tienda para proporcionar el mayor nivel de servicio al cliente. Colaborar en la realización de horarios, analizando las tendencias de tráfico y las horas pico para garantizar una cobertura adecuada del piso y la presentación oportuna de los empleados. Participar o, si se solicita, dirigir reuniones diarias en la tienda para comunicar las tendencias comerciales actuales, actualizaciones relevantes y motivar al equipo. Demostrar liderazgo en ventas al desempeñar un papel activo a través del compromiso del cliente y promover el reconocimiento de la marca. Supervisar y generar informes mensuales de base de datos de CRM
