Únete a nuestro equipo dinámico en México como Representante de Desarrollo de Negocios especializado en Soluciones en la Nube (Cloud) y juega un papel fundamental en la expansión de nuestra presencia y participación en el mercado dentro del sector tecnológico. Tu experiencia en soluciones en la nube allanará el camino para nuevas oportunidades, fortalecerá relaciones y desbloqueará el potencial de crecimiento en este ámbito estratégico.

Responsabilidades:

Desarrollar e implementar un plan de desarrollo de negocios/ventas para el territorio que entregue resultados estratégicos y financieros en soluciones en la nube para la empresa.

Ampliar la presencia y participación de TD SYNNEX en un territorio geográfico definido dentro del segmento de pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas, centrándose en soluciones en la nube.

Identificar oportunidades de venta de soluciones en la nube de manera independiente y a través de la colaboración con el equipo de TD SYNNEX, la comunicación con socios revendedores y la comunidad de socios.

Realizar un mínimo de reuniones cara a cara con clientes y compromisos con socios proveedores locales por semana, enfocados en resultados de desarrollo de negocios en el ámbito de soluciones en la nube.

Introducir y posicionar con éxito los servicios de valor agregado de TD en el contexto de soluciones en la nube.

Identificar oportunidades de venta dentro de nuevas y existentes cuentas, especialmente en el ámbito de la nube.

Aprovechar las relaciones con socios, el análisis financiero/datos y el conocimiento del mercado de soluciones en la nube para penetrar en nuevas cuentas, cerrar nuevos negocios y hacer crecer la base de clientes.

Gestionar las expectativas del cliente a través de una comunicación profesional, avanzando hacia metas y resultados de ventas mutuos en el ámbito de la nube.

Resolver y/o referir desafíos de clientes relacionados con soluciones en la nube a los departamentos correspondientes cuando sea aplicable.

Responsabilidad de construir un pipeline preciso y detallado de acuerdos en soluciones en la nube dentro del sistema CRM de la empresa (Compass).

Desarrollar y mantener un sólido entendimiento del modelo de negocio del revendedor, especialmente en el contexto de soluciones en la nube.

Demostrar conocimiento general de las oportunidades territoriales en soluciones en la nube a través de interacciones rutinarias con el equipo de negocios y marketing.

Proporcionar dirección para el desarrollo y mantenimiento de herramientas web especializadas en soluciones en la nube, como InTouch, Licensing Online (LOL), así como micrositios de proveedores y configuradores en línea.

Conocimientos, Habilidades y Experiencia:

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, tanto en español como en inglés.

Fuertes habilidades de negociación y ventas, específicamente en soluciones en la nube.

Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y socios en el ámbito de la nube.

Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y organización.

Fuerte ética de trabajo y motivación para lograr resultados en soluciones en la nube.

Conocimiento profundo del mercado de soluciones en la nube y las tendencias de la industria en México.

Habilidades analíticas y resolutivas en el contexto de soluciones en la nube.

Competencia en herramientas CRM y MS Office.

Educación:

Licenciatura en administración de empresas, marketing, ventas o un campo relacionado.

MBA o estudios de posgrado relevantes, preferidos.
