Job Title: Business Development Representative - Latam

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Rolling Suds. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our reach within the franchised territories, focusing on acquiring and qualifying new business leads. This role requires a strong grasp of CRM tools and a strategic approach to lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Find and qualify leads specifically within franchised territories.- Target property managers, quick service restaurants, and other relevant organizations for business development.- Research and determine whether our business needs to be on any vendors lists (e.g. for the government, we need to become a qualified or approved vendor). Collaborate with virtual assistant to take all necessary steps to ensure we are on every vendor list.- Work with owner and assistant to create SOPs for onboarding of new leads /clients and regular follow-up, as well as email/call sequences.

CRM Management:

  • Efficiently load and manage qualified leads in HubSpot, setting up email and call sequences. Collaborate with virtual assistants to ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, and Workiz.- Keep system data up-to-date and organized to facilitate accessible and actionable business insights.

Outreach and Communication:

  • Manage initial and ongoing outreach efforts, potentially including cold calling.- Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders are integrated into HubSpot for consistent engagement with potential clients.

Additional Responsibilities (Nice-to-Have):

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials for residential and commercial marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data management and analytics to evaluate key performance indicators and lead conversion rates.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple team members across various platforms.
