Position: Business Development Representative - LATAM
Location: Remote (CST Timezone)
Salary: 1500 Base salary + Commissions
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM CST

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is essential for managing inbound leads, coordinating sales activities, and supporting our sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Follow up with inbound leads and coordinate calls to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Execute prebuilt outbound cadences to attract new clients and reengage inactive leads.
  • Appointment Coordination: Manage scheduling and rebooking of no-shows to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Deal Nurturing: Collaborate with Account Executives to nurture deals through the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior sales experience, particularly in agency settings.
  • Experience with cold-calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (training provided if necessary).
