Primary Objective:
Implement and oversee sales strategies aimed at acquiring new prospects for card-not-present products, with the goal of expanding and enhancing the existing client portfolio. Drive sales team performance and coordinate sales representatives to meet predetermined targets while identifying potential sales opportunities. Foster and cultivate commercial relationships with banks and gateways to sustain and expand business partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Present and introduce card-not-present products to prospective customers, clients, and partnerships, including banks and gateways.
Execution and tracking of sales strategies.
Monitoring and tracking of sales campaigns with partners (Banks and Gateways).
Presentation of sales indicators to enhance performance and pinpoint opportunities.
Presentation and negotiation of card-not-present products with C-Level potential clients.
Generation of commercial proposals.
Recompilation of documentation and follow up to our affiliation process.
Administration and management of CRM.
Serve as the liaison between the client and the implementation process.
Lead generation in various open markets.
Contractibility with leads by WhatsApp, email, phone, etc.
Have a comprehensive understanding of card-not-present products, including their features, benefits, market advantages, and added value propositions.
Oversee and provide assistance to the Lead Sales Executive teams to enhance their performance.
Follow up and facilitate sales processes with internal areas.
Knowledge and Skill Required :
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate-Advanced business English.
Demonstrated experience and expertise in negotiation and influencing.
Experience with CRM/Salesforce, both tracking sales pipelines and using this tool to build relationships is preferred; failing that, the openness to learn about these.
Strong verbal communication, active listening skills, and strong math and analytical skills.
Well organized with diligent follow up skills
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) is required.
Availability to hold face to face meetings or travel when needed.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
Strong analytical capabilities and effective time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently
Track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Payment processing or other financial services experience is preferred.
3 years experience in service and sales environments.
