About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in LATAM
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at universities and other educational institutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing campaigns
  • Participate in local events and conferences to promote AMBOSS and build brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and partners in the region
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in LATAM, preferably in the university sales sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Native level of Spanish language
  • Good level of English skills
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
