Join our leading global manufacturing company, dedicated to innovation, quality, and sustainability in our production processes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our growing organization.


Job Summary:


The Senior Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the HR department, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services and compliance with global and local regulations. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and the development of HR policies and programs that align with the company’s objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the manufacturing sector, with experience in both global and local HR practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and guidance on HR matters.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Develop and manage succession planning and career development programs.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.

Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive high performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Develop and oversee employee recognition programs.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage the delivery of training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and employees.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global compensation regulations and policies.

Compliance and Policy Development:

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Manage HR audits and ensure readiness for compliance reviews.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and monitor key HR metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.





Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in a global HR environment, with knowledge of international HR practices and labor laws.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
  • Able to travel 25%
  • English and Spanish (bilingual required)
