The Role
Soporte Tecnico / EUC Presencial
Brindar soporte técnico a colegas, diagnosticar y solucionar problemas técnicos, administrar y monitorear sistemas, instalar, configurar, probar y mantener sistemas operativos, software de aplicaciones y herramientas de administración de sistemas, administrar servicios de conectividad LAN y WAN, mantener la seguridad, las copias de seguridad y la redundancia. estrategias, participar en información, planificación presupuestaria y sistemas de soporte operativo, y trabajar con proveedores y otro personal de TI para la resolución de problemas.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a colegas, en sitio y remoto. Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas técnicos, manejar su software, hardware y configuración de red, asegurando que todos los problemas se registren correctamente.
- Administrar y monitorear todos los sistemas e infraestructura instalados.
- Instalar, configurar, probar y mantener sistemas operativos, software de aplicaciones y herramientas de administración de sistemas en computadoras de escritorio y portátiles.
- Administrar servicios de conectividad LAN y WAN.
- Solución de problemas básicos de dispositivos de conferencia/proyectores/facilitación de salas de reuniones.
- Garantizar de forma proactiva los niveles más altos de disponibilidad de sistemas e infraestructura (incluido el fin de semana de mantenimiento: un sábado, una vez al mes)
- Mantener estrategias de seguridad, respaldo y redundancia.
- Escribir y mantener scripts personalizados para aumentar la eficiencia a través de la automatización.
- Participar en el diseño de sistemas de información, planificación presupuestaria y soporte operativo.
- Trabajar con proveedores y otro personal de TI para la resolución de problemas.
- Gestión de activos
- Documentar el conocimiento técnico en forma de notas y manuales.
- Priorizar y gestionar varios proyectos y tickets de problemas abiertos al mismo tiempo
- Documentar toda la actividad de soporte dentro de la herramienta de seguimiento de Gestión de cambios e incidentes de TI.
Ideal Profile
Habilidades/calificaciones:
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en soporte escritorio, soporte técnico de campo, soporte de aplicaciones o administración de sistemas junior.
- Orientado a los detalles; seguir y/o establecer políticas y procedimientos,
- Apasionado por la tecnología y con disposición a aprender nuevos sistemas y habilidades.
- Buenas habilidades para la resolución de problemas, capaz de utilizar la iniciativa y el sentido común para abordar los problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, capaz de trabajar con una variedad de clientes internos.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y establecer prioridades.
- Mantiene la calma bajo presión.
